Mrs. Floyd contacted me to have their rental house cleaned gutter down spouts installed and gutters cleaned. This is a two story aluminum siding home. I started off by blowing out the leaves and pine needles from the gutters. I also used my leaf blower to remove the leaves from the roof. I then attached the lower half of two down spouts. Next, I applied our industry approved cleaning solution to the surfaces and allowed it to dwell for several minutes. I then thoroughly rinsed the surface bringing the home back to its clean state. She was so pleased with my work that she and her husband asked me to give them an estimate for their home.
